Mini inline
Mini-inline - Laser protection nose for integrable laser markers Simplify your laser marking machine integration with our Mini-inline: this laser safety concept protects the laser beam and facilitates particle extraction while freeing you from the costs and constraints of a class 1 laser enclosure. - SAFE No need for a bulky class 1 laser housing, the Mini-inline isolates the laser beam while the safety sensors make sure the part and Mini-inline are present: maximum laser engraver safety for the operator and his work environment. - COMPACT Thanks to its size, the Mini-inline is easily added to your existing production line. It allows the integration of our industrial laser marking system in very narrow areas, to engrave the necessary information on a wide range of parts. - COST-EFFECTIVE This accessory has the advantage of being cheaper than a class 1 laser protection housing: lower purchase price, and no pre-study cost for the final installation. Hybrid Laser
INTEGRABLE LASER MARKER The 1064 nm HYBRID laser marker is perfect for applications requiring a great versatility in terms of marking materials at the highest speed, from metal to plastic laser marking. EXTRAORDINARY PEAK POWER The Hybrid laser is characterized by its peak power and extremely short pulse duration. Thanks to its high peak power of up to 150,000 W per shot, which is 15 times more powerful than a standard fiber laser at the same energy level, it offers a unique interaction on plastics for high-contrast marking permanent marking. DPSS LASER The small diameter of the laser spot is combined with a very short pulse duration of 8ns, 10 times shorter than a standard fiber laser. The quality of the direct marking is perfect, with no halos or distortion due to heating. It is the ideal solution for applications requiring thin marking and perfect aesthetic results such as the horology and jewelry sectors. Green Laser
GREEN laser marker is designed for complex and cold laser marking on materials not reactive to other wavelengths. The GREEN laser has a small spot diameter that offers unsurpassed micro marking quality and accuracy on a variety of materials. COLD GREEN LASER MARKING Cold laser marking refers to marking and treatment carried out with minimal thermal stress. Laser beam concentration allows marking without generating heat into parts, avoiding any burning or damage. This permanent marking doesn’t alter the material and is an ideal solution for marking soft materials and sensitive components. INDUSTRIAL LASER MICRO MARKING Gravotech has developed green laser engravers that guarantee small and fine markings, it offers a fine spot size of 20 μm and micro markings with exceptional resolution while limiting thermal stress on the material. CO2 Laser
The CO2 integrated laser marker is perfectly suited for marking organic materials. Unlike conventional marking systems like inkjet or label, the integrated laser operates without contact and has low maintenance. PERMANENT DIRECT MARKING Our powerful and versatile CO2 laser engravers use a 10600nm wavelength in the infrared range, which provides a direct, identification, and permanent marking on a wide range of materials such as natural materials (wood, leather, paper, fruits & vegetables), transparent material (glass, transparent plastics) and coated materials (painted surfaces, anodized aluminum).
