Main Responsibilities:
– Independently plan customer visits in the regions Turin–Milan–Venice and Milan–Bologna–San Marino
– Daily prospecting and active search for new customers
– Analyze customer needs and challenges directly on-site
– Responsibility for budget and revenue in the Italian market
Profile Required:
– Technical education and proven experience in structured sales methods
– Charismatic personality able to convince customers with creative solutions and professional attitude
– High self-motivation and excellent organizational skills to achieve sales targets
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Italian
– Fluent English
– Driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently
– Experience in industrial automation (capital goods), preferably in drive technology
