The AM UP6 is an electro-pneumatically driven stripper-crimper designed for the efficient processing of loose insulated Z+F wire ferrules. Its high flexibility regarding cross-sections and crimp lengths allows this machine to handle approximately 90% of the insulated wire ferrule variants encountered in control system construction and wire assembly. The machine processes nine freely selectable cross-sections ranging from 0.25 mm² to 6.00 mm² (AWG 24-10) with crimp lengths of 6, 8, 10, and 12 mm. A minimum insertion length of 25 mm plus the crimp length is required for processing.
