Hydrolevel® Radar + Jellox-Datenlogger
The BLE radar is a compact, portable sensor for recording water levels in fresh, dirty and gray water. The measurement is carried out using radar. Thanks to the internal battery and data transfer to the data logger via Bluetooth Low Energy, the device works autonomously and therefore does not require any cabling at the installation site. The ultra-low power technology used enables a long battery life (up to 10 years) with a short measurement interval and high resolution. The data logger saves the measured values and at the same time serves as a gateway to the web portal. The transmission takes place via LTE or NB1/NB2. The data logger automatically selects the network with the best reception.

Hydrolevel® LPK 200 Druckaufnehmer für Flüssigkeiten und Gase
The LPK 200 series pressure transmitters are designed for continuous level measurement of liquids and gases. The base element is a capacitively measuring ceramic sensor element. The capacitive measuring method meets the highest demands in terms of resolution, reproducibility, hysteresis and linearity. High-quality ceramic material, stainless steel 1.4404 various sealing materials (Viton as standard) guarantee resistance to almost all media. Thanks to the almost front-flush membrane, the sensors can also be used with heavily contaminated media. Various options are available for process connection. Among other things, food-safe connections such as milk pipe or DRD are also available

Hydrolevel® Speise- und Auswertgerät
The Hydrolevel® power supply and evaluation devices can be used universally! Sensor power, switching points, logging of data, output via interface, parameterization via the front keyboard or a PC, all of these functions are possible with the devices. 2 or 3 conductor sensors, active or passive, can be connected. The modular devices have up to 6 limit values, each with separately adjustable hysteresis. With functions such as pump swapping, fault relaying, window operation, interval operation or even quantity calculation, all imaginable tasks can be solved.

Hydrolevel® LPK.V/ SPK.V Tauchsonde mit integriertem Blitzschutz
The pressure transmitters of the Hydrolevel® LPK.V/SPK.V series are designed for continuous level measurement of liquids. The base element is a capacitively measuring ceramic sensor element. The capacitive measuring method meets the highest demands in terms of resolution, reproducibility, hysteresis and linearity. A pure ceramic measuring cell, stainless steel 1.4404 and various types of seals guarantee resistance to almost all media. The measuring cell without oil filling ensures optimal temperature behavior and very high overload resistance as well as vacuum resistance. The devices are also suitable for use in hazardous areas.

Radar PiloTREK WE–200
The new PiloTREK WE–200 non-contact radar level measuring devices use the most modern industrial measurement technology, the 80 GHz FMCW radar. The main advantage of the 80 GHz radar compared to lower frequencies (5…12 GHz and 25 GHz) is the smaller antenna size, better focusability and the narrow beam angle. For measuring liquids, masses, emulsions and other chemicals, which are widely used in the water, food, energy, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, for example. The device can be programmed via HART® interface and via Bluetooth® communication with the new Mobile EView* app.

NIVOSWITCH Grenzwertschalter
NIVOSWITCH vibrating fork level switches with parallel swinging forks are suitable for detecting the level of liquids. Mounted on pipes and tanks, they can control filling/emptying and also generate fail-safe alarms that provide overflow or dry-running protection. The operating principle is based on the fact that the electronic circuit stimulates a vibration in the fork probe. When the medium reaches and covers the fork, its vibration changes. The fork begins to swing freely again when the medium releases it. The electronics detect the change in vibration and give an output signal after a certain delay. The plastic-coated version is recommended for use in aggressive media, the highly polished version for use in abrasive media. The PNP/NPN transistor output versions can be connected directly to a PLC or a relay unit.

Hydrolevel® HTS Temperatur-Sensoren
The sensors from the Hydrolevel® HTS 500 series are compact sensors with a display, analog output and 2 switching outputs. They can be adjusted by the customer using 3 buttons on the sensor. Whether measuring range, unit, decimal point, or switching points, the sensor is parameterized with just a few settings. A Pt 100 class A serves as the measuring element. The sensor can be ordered with or without a process connection. The protective fitting (stainless steel 1.4571) can be made in different diameters. Furthermore, the HTS 580 is a variant available in which the protective fitting is separated from the sensor via a cable. Different cable materials are available for high temperature ranges. An optionally available wall bracket simplifies installation.

Hydrolevel® Differenzdruck Transmitter bis max. 250bar
The Hydrolevel® differential pressure transducers are designed to measure the differential pressure of gases or liquids. With its massive process connections, static pressures of up to 250 bar can be measured. Even small differential pressures are possible with high accuracy (measuring error of < 0.2%). The high overload capacity is also a big advantage.
