We are a medium-sized family firm founded by Werner Eckart in 1986.
Our range of services covers two main areas: production of electronics and machine manufacturing. As a partner of industrial customers in various sectors, we manufacture electronic components and develop unique machines.
We stand for the highest quality in the shortest possible time. We offer completely individual solutions from one source through our inexhaustible and innovational circuit development designed via software for production of individual solutions. • Design, development and conception of new equipment and machinery in Solidworks 3D • Layout of the electrical and compressed air components for equipment • Control cabinet construction • Installation and commissioning of the planned equipment • Programming the equipment software and operator interface of the equipment • Training courses for operating and service staff for the equipment • Maintenance of the equipment • CNC parts production for machine manufacturing • Laser writing, laser marking or laser engraving of components • Preperation of the relevant documents for the equipment • Creation of the relevant inspection certificates (e. g. VDE, CE conformity) • Generation of the required circuit diagrams (electrical, compressed air etc.) • Quality assurance per the DIN EN ISO 9001 standard • Creation of the risk analysis and the assessment of risks for the equipment
Control cabinet construction
• Design, development and conception of the control cabinet in Solidworks 3D • Layout of the electrical and compressed air components for the control cabinet • Installation and commissioning of the control cabinet • Production of the documentation components • Preperation of the relevant inspection certificates • Generation of the required circuit diagrams (electrical compressed air etc.) • Quality assurance per the DIN EN ISO 9001 standard
CAD engineer
• Design, development and conception of the equipment, switchboxes and devices in Solidworks 3D
Profile technology
Our E-Line profiles have the same grid dimensions as the MK profiles and are 100% compatible. We are happy to take on the design and assembly of your profile racks, workstations, safety equipment and customised special solutions. We also offer compatible cross-sections from Bosch and Item.
