MovingCap turnTRACK
Our MovingCap turnTRACK series: Compact EC servo drives with fieldbus interface flexibly adaptable to your needs. The modular drive configuration enables an innovative drive concept for the economic realization of your drive tasks. Different interfaces, motor variants, planetary gearheads, brakes and encoder systems can be combined. A application-oriented drive design conserves resources and reduces costs. The robust design and the industrial M12 connectors allow the use even under harsh environmental conditions. Different interfaces, the integrated WEB interface (TCP/IP variant) and a Python Script Interpreter keep every movement running. Voltage range: 24 - 48Vdc Power range: 50 - 600W Weight range: 0,6 - 3kg Interfaces: CANopen, TCP/IP Ethernet, Digital I/O (EtherCAT/Profinet in preparation)
MovingCap maxTRACK
MovingCap maxTRACK modules - developed from the combination of our compact drives with high-quality toothed belt axes. Linear movements up to several meters in length are thus efficiently and economically brought to the track. The quality and robustness of the combined components enable high repeatability and dynamics combined with a long service life and freedom from maintenance. The MovingCap maxTRACK components are precisely matched to each other and can be easily and cost-effectively combined to form systems. You receive all components from a single source - interface problems are avoided. You already know the simple and uncomplicated handling of our drives from the MovingCap turnTRACK drives. MovingCap flatTRACK
MovingCap flatTRACK - proven technology "rolled out" in a new way. The MovingCap Flex-Print control system is already in use in over 70,000 servo drive units. So it was only natural to use the proven concept in other drive variants. The MovingCap flatTRACK is the logical consequence of expanding our drive portfolio. The compact "all-in-one" design has again been successfully implemented in the MovingCap flatTRACK. MovingCap pushTRACK
"We need a compact, easy-to-configure and easy-to-control electric short-stroke cylinder" - these were the words of a customer Here it is: MovingCap pushTRACK An electric short stroke cylinder with 45 - 115mm stroke in different force and speed classes. In many cases, short linear positioning operations are required in automated production systems. The linear movements are conventionally realized by pneumatic cylinders. The problems of pneumatic systems are well known: an enormous waste of energy, complex infrastructures for the additionally required compressed air, as well as a high maintenance effort. With our electric linear actuator, we offer the right solution to replace pneumatic cylinders and space-intensive electric alternatives. A direct plug & play into existing systems is very easy, as the flange dimensions are based on the pneumatic compact cylinders according to ISO 15552. MovingCap pushTRACK represents an end-to-end optimized mechatronic system consisting of electrical drive technology mechanics, and integrated sensors and control electronics. The telescopic arrangement allows the push rod to be nested without sacrificing motor performance and power. This results in a very favorable ratio of stroke to overall length. Peak forces up to 750N Speeds up to 1.2m/s. Supply voltage: 24Vdc / 48Vdc

The MovingCap shortTRACK is the latest addition to our drive portfolio. The shortTRACK is perfectly suited for applications in limited spaces where high accuracy and speed are required. MovingCap FATtrack – proven technology “rolled out” again. The MovingCap Flex-Print control is already in use in over 70,000 servo drive units. Of course, it was very obvious to use the proven concept in other drive variants. The MovingCap FATtrack is the more powerful variant of the MovingCap flatTRACK for applications where more load has to be moved. The compact “all-in-one” design has also been consistently implemented in the MovingCap FATtrack.
