Long-time Experience, Technical Competence and a Wide Scope of Services

STREICHER’s Electrical and Automation Technology division brings together a comprehensive range of services in the field of electrical installation and energy technology and offers innovative solutions with regard to electrical measurement and control, automation technology and functional safety. These specialist areas work together on an interdisciplinary basis to support a wide variety of projects, both internally and externally, of all types and scales.
We develop solutions tailored to your requirements and specific tasks. As a full-service provider, we cover everything from zero volts to several kilovolts, from simple circuits through complex control systems to artificial intelligence, and from individual components to complete building-integrated systems.
The growing importance of safety considerations and the interaction between humans, machines, robots and IT also calls for forward-looking approaches, highly qualified staff and the regular deepening and expansion of expertise in the individual fields.
Around 170 employees – experienced engineers, technicians, master craftsmen and skilled workers – are currently developing forward-looking systems for global use, based on numerous certifications and approvals. And to ensure that we can always offer the very latest technology, we collaborate on an ongoing basis with various leading universities and research institutions.

STREICHER GROUP

Due to the business sectors Pipelines and Plants, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil and Structural Engineering as well as Raw and Construction Material, MAX STREICHER GmbH & Co. KG aA with its headquarters in Deggendorf is quite diversified.

When the company was established in 1909, STREICHER focused almost exclusively on road construction. Now, STREICHER is an internationally operating company, which employs more than 4,500 people at approx. 30 locations.

In addition to supporting its external customers, STREICHER Electrical Engineering also supports internal projects, particularly within the mechanical engineering division. Alongside traditional equipment manufacturing and the drilling technology division, which has expanded in recent years, STREICHER also holds a strong position in the field of carousel construction. Furthermore, STREICHER is active in the field of modelling and layout machines and designs and builds process engineering plants. The company also brings its many years of experience to the new ecotec product family. In line with the goal of decarbonisation, the ecotec label combines innovative technologies with forward-looking trends and, at its core, brings together the themes of resource conservation, environmental protection, energy efficiency and optimisation of the entire energy cycle. This product portfolio includes, for example, fully electric horizontal drilling rigs, mud pumps and electric welding tractors.
