Since it was founded in 1986, MiniTec has continuously grown from a specialist in miniature guides to a leading technology company. Today, 420 experts at 11 locations in Germany, France, USA, Great Britain, Spain, Slovenia and China develop customized solutions for our customers. We stock our aluminium profiles in different sizes and geometries that can be combined and are compatible with each other in any way required, so that you are optimally equipped for your application now and in the future. These are used in ergonomic workplace systems, dynamic linear axes and highly complex assembly lines.

MiniTec SmartAssist: Assistance system rethought Particularly with variant-rich production, companies are increasingly faced with the task of how to quickly train their employees in the respective assembly activities and support them during their work. This is where digital worker assistance systems can provide valuable help. Due to the great demand from customers, we have developed our own solution for this: MiniTec SmartAssist. In line with the MiniTec motto "The Art of Simplicity", the focus was on making handling and operation as simple as possible. We benefited from our many years of experience in workplace design, but also from the expertise of MiniTec Smart Solutions in the field of Industry 4.0.
Modular production with manufacturing cells
MiniTec has developed an innovative concept for individual plants based on standardized production cells. These are self-contained boxes that always have the same dimensions and an identical basic structure, but are equipped with different functions and technologies for the respective tasks. At aaa Düsseldorf 2024, MiniTec will present an exemplary plant based on this approach.
