[mu:v] GmbH is your partner for optical 2D/3D measurement technology, thermal process monitoring, and AI image processing directly in the machine. Using thermal imaging cameras from Optris, we capture precise temperature distributions for efficient energy and quality control. Our automated software solutions perform inline analysis and deliver the signal directly to the machine, even via Profinet. Our AI image processing system, InspAIq®, integrates state-of-the-art deep learning technology from Neurocle to reliably detect defects, optimize production processes, and provide comprehensive documentation. All systems run locally – without cloud services or subscriptions – ensuring maximum data security. We make industrial image processing and optical measurement intelligent, robust, and easily integrated into existing machinery.

Neuro-T Deep Learning Software
Use the possibilities of artificial intelligence (AI) for your production The Neuro-T software brings artificial intelligence into your production and can therefore replace the human eye. Deep learning methods can be used with the software to monitor the quality of your products, e.g. for completeness, surface damage or structural defects, making monitoring that little bit more intelligent. Neuro-T can also be operated by non-AI experts, making it easier to set up a model that can be adapted specifically to your application.
