Certified stainless steel support arm for hygienic areas The GT-HD stainless steel support arm from Rose Systemtechnik with a Ø48 mm round tube is specially designed to meet the requirements of hygienic areas. S-Line Industrial Panel PC - Aluminium Enclosure

Regardless of whether it's a panel PC or an industrial monitor - our "S-Line" is available to you as a touch, multitouch and / or keyboard device in various display sizes. All versions, from one-off to series production, allow use in particularly harsh environments. The devices are fully IP65 protected, have an overhang-free, easy-to-clean all-glass surface and are designed for use directly in the field.

Height-adjustable Suspension System GTV light

Thanks to its height adjustability, the GTV light can be moved steplessly in the vertical position over the entire stroke. Afterward, it remains in the desired position on its own. Thanks to the three different strokes from 400 mm to 600 mm to 800 mm and the integration into the GTN II equipment carrier system, the GTV light support arm system is uniquely versatile on the market. Simple integration into existing GTN II systems is possible without changing the drilling patterns on the machine or the control enclosure. The flexible connection of the system provides additional variability. The load range up to 25 kg and the IP54 protection class is particularly suitable for accommodating encapsulated panel PCs and small control enclosures. A further advantage is the cable duct, which is separated from mechanical components and thus enables safe cable routing away from crushing and shearing points.

Handheld enclosure PILOT

Membrane operating panels are used in modern mechanical and plant engineering for local (decentralised) control and setting-up tasks. The Pilot 110 - 150 range of mobile control/operating enclosures provides optimum facilities for installation of the components of these membrane keypads and switches. The graduated range of sizes permits individual equipping of the front panel with switches and membrane keypad panels. The ergonomic shape of the handle permits optimum handling.

C450 stainless steel control enclosure

The new C450 stainless steel control enclosure is based on the already successful RMS stainless steel enclosure series and offers a simple alternative to costly self-made solutions. The C450 is characterized by the high surface quality, the high-quality handle variants and the large selection of different control enclosure sizes. The highlight of the C450 is the glued-in „reinforcing plate", which makes it possible that no welding spots are visible anymore. In addition, it has earthing lugs that can be bent up if necessary to create additional earthing points. The stainless steel material of the C450 control enclosure offers a high degree of customization through individual laser processing, different handle design versions and optional additional locking systems. In combination with the GTH easy support arm system, the C450 control enclosure offers the perfect solution for your individual requirements. The control system is particularly suitable for use in general mechanical and plant engineering with a focus on packaging machines as well as in areas of the food and luxury food industry.

ROSE aluminium die-cast enclosures

These robust aluminium die-cast enclosures provide, thanks to their comprehensive range of more than 40 sizes, from 45 x50 x 30 mm to 600 x 600 x 200 mm, a standardised enclosure system for industrial applications. They are eminently suitable for the installation of electrical and electromechanical components, including terminals, buttons, switching elements and electronic modules containing PCBs. A standardised, but also individualised range of accessories enables us to meet customers' individual requirements and supply specified products. The technical properties of these enclosures make them all-rounders, assuring numerous and diverse potential uses in classical mechanical engineering and in virtually all fields of industry.

Electronics enclosure NoVoTronic

NoVoTronic is available in five profile sizes, with differing lengths: from 106 x 49 x 120 mm to 233 x 121 x 350 mm. The enclosure can be screwed at the front with two cast aluminium lids – optionally with a PUR foam seal or, for highly sensitive electronics, with special EMC seals. To assure reliable protection of the electronics, the screw channels are located not in the interior, but instead on the exterior, thus preventing swarf and other pieces of metal from damaging the highly sensitive electronics while screwing operations are performed. A further highlight is the system groove at the side, which functions both as a styling element and also, in particular, as a functional groove: Either coloured slide-in strips or, in particular, electromechanical components, such as switches and buttons, can be integrated optionally here; in addition, simple adaptation to other enclosures or machine components is also possible in the system groove. One side of the profile features a recess for membrane keypads, while the other side provides ideal installation conditions for displays. Stacking aids and foot elements assure stable connection of multiple enclosures with one another. NoVoTronic thus assures reliable protection, as a handheld, tabletop or attachment enclosure, for all electronic extensions.

Polyester Ex

The polyester Ex enclosure range comprises sizes of 75 x 80 x 55 mm to 405 x 400 x 120 mm. These enclosures are supplied as component-certified empty enclosures and pre-assembled as Ex e or Ex ia approved enclosures. These robust enclosures obtain their typical black coloration thanks to the addition of graphite to the glass-fibre-reinforced polyester material. These enclosures' high degree of protection (IP 66) makes them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. An extensive range of accessories rounds off the universal character of the polyester family of Ex enclosures. The enclosure body consists of glass-fibre-reinforced polyester with a graphite additive. The lid and the base are screwed together by means of tethered stainless-steel screws. An offshore variant for equipping with cable glands for armoured cables is also available on request.

SL5000 Aluminium Control Housing

Due to its modern design, the SL5000 clearly stands out from previous control housings and is convincing nevertheless due to its high flexibility and modularity. Four different profiles in combination allow a wide variety of applications and profile depths - optionally as a front or rear door version. The contour of the profiles offer a very high rigidity, whereby different dimensions in height and width can be realized, also in combination with an additional desk housing. The front can be designed as a classic front panel as well as a full-surface glass front or as a combination with dividers. The high degree of protection, individual colouring and mechanical processing round off the SL5000.
