3 AC filter for feed in and regenerating recovery systems (active front)
Schmidbauer introduces a new series of all-in-one AFE filters with IP20 protection for the common power classes of 50...180 A at DC link voltages up to 800 V DC. These are designed for switching frequencies up to 8 kHz and can be used up to a maximum ambient temperature of 60° C. In combination with Y-capacitors in the DC link, they make commonly used isolating transformers superfluous and thus save installation space and costs. In addition, the ready-to-install filters reduce the wiring cost.
Water-cooled reactors floating cooled 90% of the heat into the water
Water-cooled reactors are excellently suited for water-cooled inverter technology. A potential-free water cooling simplifies water cooling in the entire system.
LCL Filter
LCL filters are used to connect AIC (active infeed converter) and AFE (active front end) drives to the mains. Due to the increasing use of AFE / AIC, more LCL filters are needed. It can also be run as an LC filter The LCL filters are also of interest for projects in the DC-AC product range, which feed electric energy from wind generators or PV inverters into the grid. Applications of regenerative AFE drives are lifts, cranes or similar transport systems, tools or other machines with many brake switching cycles and presses.

Water-cooled transformers
Liquid cooled transformer as liquid cooled autotransformer or isolating transformer according IEC/DIN EN61558-2-13 and IEC/DIN EN61558-2-4. Liquid-cooled transformers of the Schmidbauer WKT series are excellently suited for water-cooled inverter technology. A potential-free water cooling simplifies water cooling in the entire system.
