We offer the right product for every stopping point in a wide variety of assembly lines and transfer systems! Undamped and damped separating stops/stoppers are part of our program as well as corner dampers, index cylinders and backstops - both pneumatically and electrically driven. Pneumatic stoppers damped

Electric stoppers damped – ELD Family
The separator holds one or more workpiece carriers (WT) at a defined position and releases them for onward transport as required. The stopping process is damped. The lowering motion is driven by an electromechanical actuator. The stop position (up/down) can be monitored via sensors (depending on the model, integrated in the unit or available as optional accessories).

Angle dampers
• to stop one or more pallets (or workpieces) at a defined position • to damp impact energy for a gentle stopping of the pallet • no lowering, for change of direction in material flow
Index cylinders
• precise positioning, lifting and lowering of the pallet • allows precise machining or assembly operations of the workpiece • eliminates vibrations of the pallet while lifted
Anti-counce stops
• prevent pallet from bouncing back from the stop plate and hold it in a precise position • recommended for low-friction systems and in combination with undamped stoppers • required for reverse operation of the conveyor
ELDE – Soft Stop
The ELDE always stops workpiece carriers based on a predetermined deceleration value, which means that the speed is reduced in a quasi-linear manner. The damping process is therefore particularly gentle, which is why the ELDE is particularly suitable for stopping sensitive transport goods, such as batteries with fresh adhesives, and liquids. The ELDE can always dampen optimally in the range of 5 - 300 kg without having to be set to the exact pallet weight beforehand - varying weights, including empty pallets, are no problem for it. Only the speed of the workpiece carrier is relevant for the damping behavior.
