Your Responsibilities
- Sell our smart sensor technologies and provide solution-oriented, technical customer consulting
- Independently manage and support customers on-site or from your home office (ideally based in the Greater Heidenheim / Aalen / Crailsheim / Schwäbisch Hall / Heilbronn area)
- Acquire new customers and systematically expand our existing customer base
- Implement sales and distribution strategies
- Continuously monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitors
Participate in trade fairs and sales events

Your Profile
- Completed technical or commercial training/education with a focus on automation technology
- Experience in smart sensor technologies is an advantage
- Initial professional experience in B2B field sales
- You are committed, confident in your approach, and strongly sales-driven – with excellent communication skills and a consistent customer focus
- Quick comprehension and enthusiasm for both sales and technology
- You contribute new ideas and impulses for the further development of our portfolio
