AC micromotors from Wanshsin

due to our partnership with Wanshsin, we now have access to a wide portfolio of high-quality and efficient AC micromotors.

Since 2023, the EU has mandated IE2 compliance as the minimum standard for smaller three-phase motors (120-750 W). For you as a mechanical engineer, it is essential to meet these requirements and improve the efficiency of your systems. We want to better support you in this endeavor and have therefore significantly expanded our portfolio of AC motors. Through our partnership with Wanshsin, we now have access to a wide range of high-quality and efficient AC micromotors. The broad spectrum of power classes and the flexible modular system of motor-gearbox combinations enable us to find the right solution for every need.

IE2 micro geared motors:
Wanshsin's IE2 induction motors are efficient and robust AC drives that can be combined with a helical or bevel gear unit. This allows for both a helical output and a 90° right-angle gearbox. The bevel helical gearbox is also available with a hollow shaft and, with an efficiency of approximately 70%, offers higher efficiency than most worm gearboxes.

Powerful & space-saving permanent magnet motors:
Permanent magnet motors (PM motors) are characterized above all by their high power density, as they offer high performance in a very small space. This is also true of the compact PM motors from Wanshsin. They are available in frame sizes from 70 to 100 mm and offer power ratings from 15 to 200 W. Compared to standard induction motors, PM motors offer a significant space advantage while maintaining the same power output. For example, the installation length of a 200 W motor is reduced from 192 mm to 84 mm.
You can also obtain the appropriate inverter for all PM micromotors from a single source to guarantee quick and easy commissioning.
