Brushless motors with worm gears
The new Black Series offers the perfect combination of innovative design, maximum power density, and premium quality. Our powerful 48 V BLDC motor can be combined with worm gearboxes in two frame sizes, delivering base speeds from 660 rpm to 30 rpm and rated torques up to 30 Nm.
For precise positioning, high-accuracy synchronization, or speed control down to 0 rpm, the Black Series is optionally available with an encoder. A brake for safety-critical applications, such as machine doors/roller doors, is also available as standard.

The black anodized gearboxes of the Black Series offer exceptional protection against corrosion and contamination and are highly resistant to UV radiation. The washdown cover further protects the open side of the hollow shaft gearbox, preventing corrosion and the ingress of dirt. Perfect for applications in harsh industrial environments where space is limited and high performance is required.
