Status-Lights
The STL-x-60R-RGBW series status lights are universal tube lights made of impact-resistant and shatterproof polycarbonate. The high degree of diffusion offers very good glare control and generates a homogeneous light area. The status lights can be rotated almost 350° wich makes it easier to align with objects. The status lights are operated with a supply voltage of 24 V DC. The connection to the supply voltage is implemented via a 4-pin M12 sensor connector. This allows eight status states to be encoded (with the OFF state).

Stepper motors
Stepper motors as permanet magnet or hybrid stepper motors are essential for modern technologies. Their unique ability to rotate in fixed increments allows them to be used in a variety of applications. Stepper motors have a comparatively high torque as a direct drive and can be easily controlled. This precise control combined with its reliability and efficiency makes it the first choice in many high-tech applications. Advantages of our stepper motors: • Great powers • High starting torque as a direct drive • Precise positioning and repeatability of movement • High holding torque • Simple control • Compact, robust design • Long lifetime • Flexible customizable Our stepper motors are available in different motor designs and tailor-made adaptations • Single or double shaft • Motor length 1-4 or 5 stack • Protection class IP 40 - IP 67 • With plug or cable outlet • Winding and torque • Step angle • Lifetime • Mechanical interfaces

Strain wave gears
Strain wave gears are characterized by absolute zero backlash, excellent repeat accuracy and a high torque capacity - all with small dimensions and low weight. We can also design all strain wave gears individually and tailor the performance, geometry, material, interfaces and gearbox properties precisely to your application, including function, component and system integration if required. This means that you do not have to compromise on the design of your machine or robot. Our motto: It is not the application that has to be adapted to the gearbox, but the gearbox to the requirements.

Strain wave gears
Our DATORKER® strain wave gear stand for maximum reliability, are maintenance-free throughout their entire service life, and offer reduction ratios from 50 to 160 in just one stage. They are backlash-free, compact, and guarantee maximum positioning and repeat accuracy. They also feature high efficiency, high torsional stiffness, and low starting torques—even under the toughest conditions. Whether in highly dynamic tool changers, robot axes, semiconductor and electronics manufacturing, packaging machines, or medical technology, for example in dental milling machines and surgical robots – our DATORKER® products are always used when high reduction ratios are required in confined spaces. Once installed, they operate maintenance-free over their entire service life, making them the ideal solution for demanding applications where space, accuracy, and efficiency are crucial. Whether as a proven standard solution, a customized type, or a customer-specific design, our strain wave gears always provide the right solution for your application. From component sets for self-assembly, gear combinations for quick integration and easy commissioning, to plug-and-play solutions for minimal installation effort, as a motor gear unit or as part of a complete HIWIN system combining rotary and linear motion: our types and series cover a wide range of requirements.

Strip Series B200
The Strip Series B200 is the ideal entry-level machine for simple cable stripping applications. It automatically strips standard cables up to 4 mm in diameter and 25 mm in length. The Strip Series B200 performs both full and partial cable stripping with a minimum insertion depth of 14 mm. With optional thin grippers, insertion depths as low as 11 mm are possible. All parameters can be precisely adjusted manually via rotary knobs. It processes PVC, PE, and PP cables, including cables for miniaturized housings and applications with minimal spacing between the jacket and the crimp. The B200 combines quality, durability, user-friendly operation, and mobility. Its precise mechanics and high-speed motors ensure short cycle times, high output, and repeatable accuracy.

Strip Series B240
The Strip Series B240 is a programmable strip machine for the stepped processing of coaxial cables as well as the processing of multiconductor and single-conductor cables. Equipped with two rotary blades, it processes simple stranded wires and multiconductor cables with a cross section from 0.013 to 13 mm² (36 to 6 A WG) and a diameter of up to 9 mm (0.35”), thus achieving a strip length of 80 mm (3.15”) and a pull-off length of 40 mm (1.57”). Even challenging materials such as PUR, PVC, rubber, Teflon®, Tefzel® or textile glass braiding can be stripped cleanly and reliably thanks to the cutter head’s high-resolution movement axes. The B240 also processes micro-coaxial cables with a diameter of up to 0.8 mm (0.0314”) without the need for changeovers.
Strip Series B300
In its price class, the portable Strip Series B300 stripping machine opens up completely new possibilities for fast and at the same time reliable stripping of cables with cross sections from 0.03 to 8 mm2 (32 to 8 AWG).

Strip Series B340
The Strip Series B340 stripping machine boasts a wide range of performance. Equipped with four rotary X-shaped blades, it processes simple stranded wires and multiconductor cables with a cross section from 0.013 to 16 mm² (36 – 5 AWG) and a diameter of up to 9 mm (0.35”), thus achieving a strip length of 80 mm (3.15”) and a pull-off length of 40 mm (1.57”).

Strong parts thanks to continuous fibre reinforcement
Continuous Filament Fabrication (CFF) is a patented technology that allows Markforged users to produce 3D printed components with extreme stability. With this technology, the continuous fibre is additionally inserted into the component via a second nozzle in the print head. It is called continuous fibre because it has only one start and one end point per layer. This allows you to achieve stabilities that are superior to milled aluminium in outstanding quality! Thanks to the supplied and optimally adjusted EIGER software, you can insert the continuous fibre individually per layer and, of course, also over the entire surface. Carbon, Kevlar, glass fibre and high-temperature glass fibre are available as continuous fibre reinforcement.
