Z+F AM UP6
The Z+F AM UP6 is an electropneumatic stripper-crimper for the efficient processing of loose insulated wire ferrules. The machine can process nine cross-sections ranging from 0.25 mm² to 6 mm² and crimp lengths from 6 to 12 mm. The machine is characterized by its robustness, optimized setup times, and integration capabilities into other fully or semi-automated systems equipped with superior, intelligent software, such as the Z+F Wire Processing Center (WPC).

Z+F EVOCRIMP
The Z+F EVOCRIMP is an electric stripper-crimper. This machine allows the universal and reliable processing of Z+F ferrules from 0.5 up to 2.5 mm² (AWG 20 – 14). The compact and reliable design fits into the „EVO-Line“.

Z+F EVOCUT® & EVOFEED®
By feeding up to 12 conductors it is possible to sequentially process complex projects in a simple and effective way. The automatic feeding process makes manual interference obsolete and allows the processing of different cross-sections or colors according to the respective planning. This is very time-saving for the overall process, as individual jobs and projects can be processed automatically.

The electrically driven wire stripping machine offers precise and convenient processing in the range of 0.05 – 6.00 mm² (AWG 30 – 10). It combines a compact design with intelligent control and high user-friendliness.

The laser scanners of the Z+F IMAGER® 5024 series, which are available in the Essential, Advanced and Supreme model variants, are developed for newcomers and experienced users in the surveying field. ZU-SORT Glass Turntable Inspection System
The "ZU SORT" solution, designed as a glass plate system, can be equipped with multiple camera stations. Parts are fed in bulk via a vibratory bowl feeder, but other conveying methods are also easily accommodated. The parts are separated on the glass plate and precisely measured and inspected. Parts that meet specifications are blown off, while the others are stripped. Furthermore, in verification mode, as part of cyclical inspection (after a specific time or number of parts), automated checks can be performed to determine the extent to which good parts are good and bad parts are bad, and whether there are any contaminants or defects that could affect the inspection. Standard sorting is possible according to two defect classes. After inspection, the parts are either conveyed in bulk or packaged in bags, blisters, or similar containers (depending on customer requirements).
