HMT-S6
The HMT-S6 is our latest development for cutting carbide and HSS bars. Various loading and unloading options allow for the creation of a machine specifically tailored to customer needs. The option of external loading – manually, with a robot, or with a forklift – eliminates downtime and makes the machine ideal for series production. Furthermore, different cutting lengths allow for optimal bar utilization. The machine incorporates proven P&S cutting technology.

The HMT-SF micro is a fully automated system specifically developed for cutting and chamfering very small round rods made of various materials (carbide, HSS, ceramic, etc.).

HV600 - the latest generation of Yaskawa inverter drives - specially designed for use in heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems (HVAC)
The new heating, ventilation and air conditioning inverter drive in the HV600 range provide exceptionally reliable motor control. They consequently meet the stringent requirements for flexibility, performance, availability and user-friendliness demanded by building automation applications. Each HV600 is supplied with application-specific software settings, a hands-off auto-LCD operator unit, a high-visibility status ring so that the drive status can be seen quickly and a real time clock for system accuracy. Communication protocols commonly used in building automation, such as BACnet, Siemens APOGEE, Johnson Controls Metasys and MEMOBUS/Modbus, are integrated in the drive. The HV600 can be installed at up to 160 kW in insulation category IP20 and provides IP55 protection up to 75 kW.

INTEGRABLE LASER MARKER The 1064 nm HYBRID laser marker is perfect for applications requiring a great versatility in terms of marking materials at the highest speed, from metal to plastic laser marking. EXTRAORDINARY PEAK POWER The Hybrid laser is characterized by its peak power and extremely short pulse duration. Thanks to its high peak power of up to 150,000 W per shot, which is 15 times more powerful than a standard fiber laser at the same energy level, it offers a unique interaction on plastics for high-contrast marking permanent marking. DPSS LASER The small diameter of the laser spot is combined with a very short pulse duration of 8ns, 10 times shorter than a standard fiber laser. The quality of the direct marking is perfect, with no halos or distortion due to heating. It is the ideal solution for applications requiring thin marking and perfect aesthetic results such as the horology and jewelry sectors. The Hydrolevel® differential pressure transducers are designed to measure the differential pressure of gases or liquids. With its massive process connections, static pressures of up to 250 bar can be measured. Even small differential pressures are possible with high accuracy (measuring error of < 0.2%). The high overload capacity is also a big advantage.

Hydrolevel® HTS Temperatur-Sensoren
The sensors from the Hydrolevel® HTS 500 series are compact sensors with a display, analog output and 2 switching outputs. They can be adjusted by the customer using 3 buttons on the sensor. Whether measuring range, unit, decimal point, or switching points, the sensor is parameterized with just a few settings. A Pt 100 class A serves as the measuring element. The sensor can be ordered with or without a process connection. The protective fitting (stainless steel 1.4571) can be made in different diameters. Furthermore, the HTS 580 is a variant available in which the protective fitting is separated from the sensor via a cable. Different cable materials are available for high temperature ranges. An optionally available wall bracket simplifies installation.
