The new mobile multi-touch panel HGT 1054 from SIGMATEK impresses with a projective capacitive 10.1" TFT touch display (WXGA 800 x 1280 px). Thanks to a powerful x86 Intel Atom® dual-core processor, 4 GByte DDR4 RAM and 32 GByte eMMC memory, the web HMI is the perfect choice for demanding applications with HTML5 visualization. The handheld operating device combines powerful performance with intuitive operability as well as maximum user experience. Machines, systems and robots can be operated, tested and maintained directly on-site using the OPC UA-capable panel. The integrated safety elements emergency stop and confirmation switch provide the required safety for users and machines. A Gigabit Ethernet and USB 2.0 type A interface are integrated in the standard version. The cable-connected mobile HMI in IP54 protection is ergonomically designed and therefore fits well in the hand. With a weight of only 1.300 g, it enables fatigue-free use. Visualizations are conveniently created in the HMI tools LASAL SCREEN and the web-based LASAL VISUDesigner. Pre-constructed design templates and versatile operating, graphic and design elements are available for this purpose. The new high-performance NEFF classic product line of the C-series goes along with the connection dimensions of the classic screw jack systems which are already on the market placed. They are technically robust and flexible in terms of application. Advantages for users are besides the separated lubrication systems − relubrication even possible during operation − longer duty cycles and lubrication for life under normal circumstances. Within the standard programm it is possible to choose different screw types and grades. In additon to the catalogue standards new drive solutions for customized projects can be produced on request.

Transmitted light systems: In the field of high-precision measurement technology, we not only offer displacement sensors and profile sensors, but also transmitted light systems for the non-contact inspection of your products. They can be used for a wide range of measuring tasks, including the measurement of diameters, gaps and film thicknesses, making them suitable for a variety of applications. Hereby we distinguish between our 1D- & 2D- light band micrometers: - 1D light band micrometers: these sensors impress with their very high measuring accuracy and a very high sampling rate of up to 16 kHz. - 2D light band micrometers: these sensors also impress with their very high accuracy and enable you to measure up to 16 features simultaneously. Displacement and profile sensors: In the field of high-precision measurement technology, we offer you a wide range of measurement systems to optimise your production processes and increase production quality. A wide variety of measuring tasks can be realised, including the measurement of material thicknesses, measurement of concentricity, distance and position measurements, as well as profile and outer diameter measurements. These systems include in particular: - Displacement sensors: here we distinguish between sensors with confocal methods for highly precise measurements and sensors with triangulation methods for precise and very fast measurements. - Profile sensors: here we also offer sensors with triangulation methods for very precise and very fast measurements.

Our high-speed lifting gears were developed for fast, dynamic lifting movements. The robust construction means that high-speed lifting gears can also be used for higher loads (up to max. 30kN). The cubic design makes our high-speed lifting gear versatile to install and functional in all installation situations. The already very good efficiency is further increased by the use of ball screws. Inside the gear, the power is converted by bevel gears that are coordinated with one another. All bevel gears are spiral-toothed and case-hardened. The resulting smooth running and durability make our high-speed lifting gear a very reliable mechanical engineering component. It is not without reason that leading companies from all industries worldwide rely on high-speed lifting gears from ANT.

Lockable standard parts are increasingly common in machine and plant construction, but they are also used in event hardware for locking and securing a variety of parts. Ganter is now expanding its range of indexing elements to include the lockable stainless steel indexing plungers GN 814. The integrated closing mechanism protects against unauthorized or accidental operation. Lockable indexing plungers GN 814 of stainless steel have the same basic functions as Ganter’s tried and tested selection of indexing plungers. What’s new is the clever addition of a locking function for greater safety and security. This is accomplished with a lock integrated into the black plastic head. On types A and AK, the plunger pin is secured in the front position by turning the key 180 degrees and removing it. The plunger then cannot be moved out of the base position. On types E and EK, the plunger pin can additionally be secured in the rear position, offering a lockable way to prevent the plunger from engaging, which is useful in situations where the plunger pin must be kept from protruding at times. On all types, the key can also be pulled out in the unlocked position to prevent unauthorized locking. The stainless steel indexing plunger is available with two different lock versions: Lock type SC allows all indexing plungers in use to be operated with the same key, while lock type SU requires a different key for each indexing plunger. To prevent unauthorized disassembly or adjustment of the indexing plunger, the hex nut used for screwing the part in or out is only accessible while it is unlocked and the head has been pulled back. A lock nut is available as an optional accessory that can be ordered with the type designations AK or EK with the appended “K” signifying a lock nut.

GN 139.1 hinges with safety switch are used for hinged and opening protective equipment such as doors or covers on machines, in plants, in automation engineering and in the automobile industry. The hinge is compact and sturdy, making it the ideal choice for many applications. Classed as protective equipment, GN 139.1 hinges with safety switch can prevent hazardous situations as the contacts change their status from a defined opening angle forward. This switching point can be adjusted within the range +4°. The electrical switching elements are fully integrated in the mechanical hinge and are invisible from the outside, allowing the hinges to be classed under IP 67 (plug-type version) and IP 69K (cable version). Two contact switches offer double safety! The concealed bolt attachment from the back also makes this hinge particularly tamper-proof. The GN 139.2 hinges are similar in design and differ externally only by featuring a connector plug, making them the ideal choice as add-on hinge with unchanged perfect appearance. Flat and angled mounting plates are available to mount the hinges, allowing them to be mounted from the front or in the clearance between door frame and door. Oblong holes are designed for mounting to profile systems. In general, the GN 139.1 hinges with safety switch conform to many international standards and directives.

The HMT-S15 is the standard machine in our product line for cutting carbide and HSS. Its machining range is between Ø 3 mm and Ø 40 mm. With a large and easy-to-load magazine, it is ideal for medium to large production runs. It incorporates the proven PS cutting technology.
