DF-120
The drum feeder allows for the precise and damage-free singulation of round bars with diameters from 1 to 4 mm and lengths up to 120 mm. It impresses with its reliability, ease of use, and flexible integration into a wide variety of production environments. Depending on the application, the singulated bars can be transferred to the next process via a conveyor belt, a sliding axis, or a customized transfer solution. This allows the drum singulator to be optimally integrated into existing automation systems, production cells, or testing equipment.
SL-25
The P&S step loader ensures the reliable singulation and automatic feeding or discharge of round bars with diameters ranging from 2 mm to 25 mm. Other geometries are available upon request. Various transfer options allow the SL-25 to be optimally adapted to different machine concepts and production requirements. Depending on the application, the singulated bars can be transferred to the next process via a conveyor belt, a sliding axis, or a customized transfer solution. A continuous material flow can be achieved when combined with an unloading step loader. This allows the SL-25 to be seamlessly integrated into existing automation systems, production cells, or testing equipment.
Universalstufenlader USL-25
The P&S Universal Step Loader ensures the reliable singulation and automatic feeding and discharge of round bars with diameters ranging from 2 mm to 25 mm. Other geometries are available upon request. Various transfer options allow the USL-25 to be optimally adapted to different machine concepts and production requirements. Depending on the application, the singulated bars can be transferred to the next process via a conveyor belt, a sliding axis, or a customized transfer solution. Material feeding and discharge are optimized for flow at a central point. This allows the USL-25 to be seamlessly integrated into existing automation systems, production cells, or testing equipment.
CSM-10
The CSM-10 chamfer grinding machine is a fully automated production system for chamfer grinding. It can also grind workpieces to length, runout, and centers. The grinding axes are moved by linear motors, allowing for the production of any angle. An optional measuring station enables the chamfers to be checked and corrected during the process. The machine handles workpieces with diameters from 6 to 25.4 mm and lengths from 50 mm to 200 mm. The dynamic operation and robust design of the machine result in very short cycle times. Integrated P&S SL-25 step loaders allow for the automated and safe loading and unloading of high volumes. An optional turning station is available for machining workpieces on both sides.
CSM-10
The CSM-5 chamfer grinding machine is a compact machine for grinding chamfers. Optional features include the ability to grind workpieces to length, flatness, and centers. Linear motors drive the X and Y directions, allowing for the machining of any angle. An optional measuring station enables monitoring and correction of the grinding contours during the process. The machine handles workpieces with diameters from 2 to 12 mm and lengths from 30 mm to 150 mm. The dynamic operation and robust design of the machine result in very short cycle times.
HMT-S15
The HMT-S15 is the standard machine in our product line for cutting carbide and HSS. Its machining range is between Ø 3 mm and Ø 40 mm. With a large and easy-to-load magazine, it is ideal for medium to large production runs. It incorporates the proven PS cutting technology.
HMT-S5
The HMT-S5 is the ideal addition to our product line for cutting carbide, HSS, and ceramics in smaller batches and specialized applications. Its modular design offers a wide range of options for tailoring the machine specifically to our customers' needs. The advantage: all versions incorporate the proven PS cutting technology.
HMT-S6
The HMT-S6 is our latest development for cutting carbide and HSS bars. Various loading and unloading options allow for the creation of a machine specifically tailored to customer needs. The option of external loading – manually, with a robot, or with a forklift – eliminates downtime and makes the machine ideal for series production. Furthermore, different cutting lengths allow for optimal bar utilization. The machine incorporates proven P&S cutting technology.
HMT-SF micro
The HMT-SF micro is a fully automated system specifically developed for cutting and chamfering very small round rods made of various materials (carbide, HSS, ceramic, etc.).
