CSM-10

The CSM-5 chamfer grinding machine is a compact machine for grinding chamfers. Optional features include the ability to grind workpieces to length, flatness, and centers. Linear motors drive the X and Y directions, allowing for the machining of any angle. An optional measuring station enables monitoring and correction of the grinding contours during the process. The machine handles workpieces with diameters from 2 to 12 mm and lengths from 30 mm to 150 mm. The dynamic operation and robust design of the machine result in very short cycle times.
