SL-25

The P&S step loader ensures the reliable singulation and automatic feeding or discharge of round bars with diameters ranging from 2 mm to 25 mm. Other geometries are available upon request. Various transfer options allow the SL-25 to be optimally adapted to different machine concepts and production requirements. Depending on the application, the singulated bars can be transferred to the next process via a conveyor belt, a sliding axis, or a customized transfer solution. A continuous material flow can be achieved when combined with an unloading step loader. This allows the SL-25 to be seamlessly integrated into existing automation systems, production cells, or testing equipment.
