CSM-10

The CSM-10 chamfer grinding machine is a fully automated production system for chamfer grinding. It can also grind workpieces to length, runout, and centers. The grinding axes are moved by linear motors, allowing for the production of any angle. An optional measuring station enables the chamfers to be checked and corrected during the process. The machine handles workpieces with diameters from 6 to 25.4 mm and lengths from 50 mm to 200 mm. The dynamic operation and robust design of the machine result in very short cycle times. Integrated P&S SL-25 step loaders allow for the automated and safe loading and unloading of high volumes. An optional turning station is available for machining workpieces on both sides.
