PMG NFC onMetal RFID-Tag
The self-adhesive PMG NFC onMetal RFID tags are not only an efficient, but also an extremely versatile solution for the individual marking and identification of equipment, especially on metallic surfaces. At a time when precise traceability and effective management of assets are crucial, these tags offer maximum functionality. These labels enable clear identification and tracking of operating assets, resulting in efficient and well-organized management. An innovative NFC function enables uncomplicated capture using smartphones and is therefore the interface between people, machine and product. The areas of application are wide-ranging - from the marking of operating equipment that is subject to regular inspections to the marking of employees' personal or temporary equipment. The labels are applied to easily accessible but protected areas on the operating equipment (e.g. metallic surfaces). For optimum adhesion, the surfaces should be clean, dry and free of oil and grease.Technical finesse for durability and resistance:The robust structure is based on high-performance films and special adhesives, which ensures extreme durability and resistance. In addition, a laminate film protects the print from scratches and smudging and enables excellent ANSI/ISO scannability even under difficult lighting conditions. The labels are weatherproof, wash-resistant and UV-resistant. The excellent chemical and solvent resistance is also impressive. Compliance with the RoHS (2011/65/EU) and REACH directives is a matter of course. The NFC inlay is classified in accordance with the Radio Equipment Directive (RED 2014/53/EU) (ETSI EN 300 330 V2.1.1, 13.56 MHz), which promises the highest quality and conformity in terms of technology and materials. With PMG NFC onMetal labels, you are not only opting for first-class labeling, but also for a sustainable and technologically advanced solution.

PMG OnMould Barcode-Label
Whether in intralogistics, industrial production or in other, mostly automated supply chains - without consistent object identification, efficient process control is not possible or only possible with a great deal of additional effort. Barcode markings must therefore not be lost or damaged and must also have a permanent, high-contrast print image. OnMould barcode labels meet all requirements for durability, weather resistance, robustness and machine readability when marking objects. An optionally integrable tamper protection system also ensures excellent protection against counterfeiting, especially for high-value goods and merchandise.

PMG OnMould RFID-Label
Readability without direct visual contact and a high non-reliance on cleanliness are two of the definitive advantages of RFID technology in many processes – in intralogistics as well as in industrial production or in other, mainly automated goods cycles and supply chains. This is where OnMould RFID labels from Plöckl Media Group (PMG) stand out from the masses. Regardless of their operating environment, they can meet all demands on durability, weather resistance, toughness and machine readability – and thus guarantee a safe, individual long-term identification of objects.

PMG RFID FlagTag
In many companies, RFID plays a central role when it comes to capturing goods and products safely and efficiently. However, traditional RFID labels often reach their limits when applied to certain materials such as metal, glass, or liquid-filled surfaces. These materials can interfere with or completely block the radio signal, leading to faulty or even missing readings. This is exactly where the PMG RFID FlagTag comes in. Its distinctive feature is its flag-like design – meaning the antenna does not lie flat against the product but extends outward like a flag, separated from the material. This significantly reduces signal interference that would normally occur with metallic or liquid surfaces. As a result, the RFID signal can be transmitted freely and stably, ensuring reliable data capture. In addition to this technical innovation, the FlagTag impresses with its compact and discreet design. The white, adhesive-free print surface can be customized – whether through in-house printing with TTR or RFID printers, or as a pre-printed and encoded version. This flexibility allows the label to adapt to a wide range of requirements and applications. The PMG RFID FlagTag is highly versatile. Whether in deep-freeze storage facilities, dynamic supply chains, or densely packed product environments (bulk reading), it consistently ensures a secure connection to RFID readers and enables precise, fast data capture. Numerous industries – from logistics and healthcare to smart retail – benefit from this reliable solution. With the PMG RFID FlagTag, Plöckl Media Group demonstrates how modern RFID labeling works today: robust, flexible, and future-proof.

PMG RFID-Looptag
Plöckl Media Group developed – and has just considerably improved – the PMG RFID Looptag for labeling tasks where it is not possible to apply the label directly to the object. Whether it be cable harnesses, power and server cables, plants, bags or baskets, whether for the labeling of high-pressure coolant hoses in vehicles or Euro containers and other holders – the looptag can be applied reliably and with ease, and can be currently read from a distance of up to three meters, for example when the goods are stored in a high shelf compartment. Another advantage: no visual contact with the PMG RFID Looptag is required – a feature that additionally simplifies the identification procedure.

Pneumatic stoppers damped
to stop one or more pallets (or workpieces) at a defined position • to damp impact energy for a gentle stopping of the pallet • to lower the stop plate to release pallet for further transportation • sensors to detect the exact position of the stop plate (depending on model, either integrated or optional accessory)

Pneumatic stoppers undamped
• to stop one or more pallets (or workpieces) at a defined position • to lower the stop plate to release pallet for further transportation • Sensors to detect the exact position of the stop plate (depending on model, either integrated or optional accessory)

Pole light LED-S
The slim LED control cabinet light has an aluminum profile that can be swiveled in both directions and a protective cover made of acrylic glass. The light can be operated either via an on/off switch or a motion detector. The power cord is securely connected. The lamp is attached by screwing it using lateral brackets or with the magnets integrated into the brackets. The lamp is available in three different lengths and in different voltages (24 V and 120 V with UL approval).

Polyester Ex
The polyester Ex enclosure range comprises sizes of 75 x 80 x 55 mm to 405 x 400 x 120 mm. These enclosures are supplied as component-certified empty enclosures and pre-assembled as Ex e or Ex ia approved enclosures. These robust enclosures obtain their typical black coloration thanks to the addition of graphite to the glass-fibre-reinforced polyester material. These enclosures' high degree of protection (IP 66) makes them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. An extensive range of accessories rounds off the universal character of the polyester family of Ex enclosures. The enclosure body consists of glass-fibre-reinforced polyester with a graphite additive. The lid and the base are screwed together by means of tethered stainless-steel screws. An offshore variant for equipping with cable glands for armoured cables is also available on request.

Power amplifier with position control for valves with position feedback PAM-198-P
This module is used to control the slide position in proportional valves with electrical feedback. Various setting parameters enable optimal adaptation to the respective valve. The control circuit works with a control cycle time of 1 ms and the integrated power output stage with a cycle time of 0.125 ms for the solenoid current control. The setpoint and the actual value are read in via freely scalable analog inputs (range 0... 10V or -10V...10V or 4... 20mA). The output current is regulated and therefore independent of the supply voltage and the solenoid resistance. The output stage is monitored for cable breakage and switches off the output stage in the event of a fault. The operation is simple and problem-oriented, which ensures a very short training period. Features • Position control for proportional directional valves • Compact design • Digital reproducible setting • Freely scalable analog inputs • PID controller with pre-control • Control of continuous valves with one or two magnets • Free parameterization of ramps, MIN and MAX, dither (frequency, amplitude) and PWM frequency • Characteristic curve linearization • Output current can be parameterized up to 2.6 A • Application-oriented parameterization • Error diagnostics and extended function testing • Setting via USB with WPC-300 software
