This electronic module controls hydraulic axes via an integrated fieldbus interface. It supports position control with digital position measurement (SSI interface) or analog sensors, as well as autonomous or alternating force or pressure control. Setpoints and control signals are sent via the fieldbus, while status and actual values are reported back. The differential output is designed for continuous valves, and the system monitors errors and states internally. A READY message is available via fieldbus and hardware output. Parameterization is carried out via USB and the WPC-300 software with oscilloscope function or alternatively via the bus interface. ### Product description - Universal pump control module PQP-176-P The PQP-176-P module offers a versatile solution for the swivel angle, pressure and power control of variable displacement pumps. It supports the control of directional valves with one or two magnets, including valves with integrated electronics. An internal slide position controller also enables precise control of valves with electrical feedback. **Functions and features:** - **Control structures:** Cascade control, suitable for pumps from various manufacturers. Supports swiveling above zero with pressure and power limiting signal from a second pressure transmitter (closed circuit) or active pressure reduction in the open circuit (mooring operation). - **Communication:** Setpoint specification and control are carried out via Profinet, current process data and status information are reported back. - **Flexible signal inputs:** Analog signals (0...10V or 4...20mA) freely scalable to adapt to individual requirements. **Extensions:** The module can be combined with the LDT-401 module to read additional values such as swivel angle or slide position via the backplane bus. **Reliability:** The regulated output currents are independent of the power supply and magnetic resistance. Short circuit and cable break monitoring ensures safety; in the event of errors, the output stages are switched off. **Easy to use:** The module impresses with intuitive, problem-oriented operation and a short training period. The P&S Universal Step Loader ensures the reliable singulation and automatic feeding and discharge of round bars with diameters ranging from 2 mm to 25 mm. Other geometries are available upon request. Various transfer options allow the USL-25 to be optimally adapted to different machine concepts and production requirements. Depending on the application, the singulated bars can be transferred to the next process via a conveyor belt, a sliding axis, or a customized transfer solution. The P1PY21 series also handles even uneven surfaces with holes, tears or grid structures with a wide detection range thanks to the large-area line-shaped laser light spot.
