      The "ZU SORT" solution, designed as a glass plate system, can be equipped with multiple camera stations. Parts are fed in bulk via a vibratory bowl feeder, but other conveying methods are also easily accommodated. The parts are separated on the glass plate and precisely measured and inspected. Parts that meet specifications are blown off, while the others are stripped. Furthermore, in verification mode, as part of cyclical inspection (after a specific time or number of parts), automated checks can be performed to determine the extent to which good parts are good and bad parts are bad, and whether there are any contaminants or defects that could affect the inspection. Standard sorting is possible according to two defect classes. After inspection, the parts are either conveyed in bulk or packaged in bags, blisters, or similar containers (depending on customer requirements).
